Welcome to my page! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree from Fairfield University and a Clinical Certified Trauma Professional. My style of therapy is collaborative, adaptive, and creative. I value the relationships I have the opportunity to develop with my clients and believe being authentic with one another, allows for authentic change to occur. WHAT TO EXPECT
No matter what is bringing you into my office, I meet all of my clients with empathy, understanding, and appreciation. I am someone who values each and every client interaction and truly feels a gratitude for having had the opportunity to grow with my clients. My office is located in downtown Fairfield, within steps of the train station, local bus stops, and local campuses bus stops. My office is shared with two other local therapists, it's quaint, private, and a must have is our tea station for clients!
